- Infants (ages 0-2) may participate for free but will not have a seat on coach.
- Folding wheelchairs are permitted on the buses.

- Students will be required to show a valid student ID card prior to departure.
- Luggage is allowed and will be stored on the coach. There is also a luggage storage facility at Victoria Coach Station.

- Upon arrival at Victoria Coach Station, please check your departure gate at Evan Evans Tours check-in desk (opposite to Gate 1).
- If the changing of the guards do not happen in Buckingham Palace, you will be taken to Horse Guards Parade where you can see the changing of the guards. Changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace happens daily. On rainy days, changing of the guards will not be conducted.
